Why is Ethical Fashion "So Expensive"?

In this post, I want to give a few reasons for the gap in pricing between fast fashion and ethically made clothing.  1) Slave labor in 3rd world countries vs. fairly paid workers in 1st world countries.       You will find that most fast fashion companies have their items made in 3rd world countries. It is very rare that you will see fast fashion with a "Made in the USA" label. Obviously the cost of living in developing countries are much, much lower than developed ones-- yet STILL these workers aren't paid nearly enough to live decently! Let's compare that...
